Mohenjo daro – Hrithik’s Latest!

Set in the ancient city of Mohenjo Daro in the year 2016 BC, “Mohenjo Daro” the upcoming film starring Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hedge is an Indian epic romance-adventure film written and directed by the director of Lagaan and Jodha Akbar, Ashutosh Gawarikar.

It is the second time that the trio of Ashutosh Gawarikar, Hritihk Roshan and A.R. Rahman will work together after Jodha Akbar. With the lyrics penned by the legendary lyricist Javed Akhtar this film is all set to steal our hearts.

The director has taken utmost care to appropriately portray the era of Indus valley civilization and the film was mainly shot in Bhuj and Mumbai with some short schedules in Thane and Jabalpur.
The film is about a young farmer who enters this old city of ancient India only to fall in love with the daughter of a priest and uncovers many secrets about his love and himself which he shouldn’t have known in the first place.
